Criminal Innovation in the Borderlands with Rodrigo NIETO GÓMEZ
Rodrigo Nieto-Gomez is a professor at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey.

Strategist and futurist focused on the consequences of the accelerating pace of change in security and policing environments. Rodrigo works as a research professor at the National Security Affairs Department and at the Center for Homeland Defense and Security at the Naval Postgraduate School and he is also a certified facilitator for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), a leading instructor at the Emergency Management Institute and a Faculty member at Singularity University. Rodrigo teaches and mentors high ranking law enforcement, military, and homeland security leaders to create and execute strategies to meet the requirements of exponentially changing environments and threat profiles. He has written mostly on the topics of the adaptation capacities of global organized crime, the public policy challenges of innovation and intrapreneurship in government and homeland security, and asymmetric warfare and cybersecurity.
